BIO-BIBLIOGRAPHIC APPROACH TO MIRTEA ELIZABETH ACUÑA CEPEDA, THE HISTORIAN
Abstract
This article describes a woman historian from head to toe, a Mexican born in Coahuila, a professor
at the University of Colima, where she spent most of her life in chemical sciences, pedagogy and
history. That is why the saying goes, "that no one is a prophet in his land." Colima saw her grow
personally and professionally, thousands of students have passed through her classrooms, lectures
and readings. A woman with a flair for people, with a cheerful, affable and sincere conversation.
