Abstract

The acquired value by the Human Capital (CH) and its impact on the economic-productive progress of countries, has encouraged states to develop and promote knowledge as a fundamental tool to face the processes of change. In consideration of this reality, this work has as its objective, to describe and analyze the current scope on CH research in Hispanic America (SciELO database). Results show that studies have increased considerably in recent years (mostly case studies), while the approaches from where the concept is studied, vary depending both on the country of origin and the number of authors who conduct it.
