ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONAL CULTURE IN CUERNAVACA, MORELOS (MEXICO)
Keywords:
Democracy, Adhocracy, Participation, Culture, InstitutionalismAbstract
The institutionalist culture refers to the power that is disseminated in HEIs through assertions about the representation of the State in leadership. In that sense, the objective of the work was to specify a model for the study of the phenomenon in question. The results show a structural and unilateral verticality that prevails in the relationships between those who make decisions and those who execute them. Lines concerning the comparison between adhocratic and participatory systems and structures are noted.
