A MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROPOLSAL TO ADDRESS COLLECTIVE HEALTH AND HUMAN WELL-BEING IN VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES IN SOUTHERN CHILE

This article intends to reflect on the territorial knowledge demanded by the work in vulnerable sectors, and that requires the generation of psychosocial mapping that facilitates the identification of potentialities and resources of the communities in order to contribute from different disciplines to the installation of capacities. It further states that the success of this work is conditioned by the selection of participants who dare to work with the paradigm of collective health, and that in developing a systematic community work, it is able to operationalize the actions and goals that are planned, within a Context that guarantees the rights of each person.
