DIDACTIC MODEL BASED ON THE INTERCULTURALITY AND DIVERSITY: CASE OF STATE UNIVERSITY OF MILAGRO, ECUADOR

The present article as like a purpose socialize the tangible and intangible results of a work conducted at the State University of Milagro, with students with visual disability, which was gratifying at the moment to recognize diversity and multiculturalism that Ecuadorian universities require when addressing students to learn to solve problems as protagonists of their own learning, a quasi-experimental work was used, using intercultural pedagogy considering all its dimensions, the same that are pillars for the development of open, flexible and inclusive curriculum along with the main and leading actor which is the teacher, correlating results before and after the intervention, as a change agent.
