Resumen

Thearticledealswiththeactualcurrenttaskofpedagogicalactivity-innovationsineducationalprocess.Thearticlerepresentsreviewsoftheresearchandworksonthesubjectbyotherauthorsanddefinitionsofthemainconceptsconcerningthesubject,andpointsoutthemainreasonsstimulatingprofessorsandteachersofthehigherschoolstoinnovations.Havinganalyzedthescientificworksonthesubject,theauthorindicatedinnovativefeaturesofhigherschoolpedagogics.TheauthorrepresentstheresultsoftheresearchonreadinessofthestaffofMoscowAviationInstitute(NationalResearchUniversity)tointroduceinnovationsinpractice.Factorsinfluencingtheprocessofinnovationsuchas:majoradvantagesofinnovativepedagogicsfromthepointofviewofpedagogicalstaffofhigherschools,readinessoftheteacherstomasterinnovations,barrierstomasterinnovations,awarenessofthemanagerstoacceptinnovations,branchersofliteraturedevotedtoinnovativepedagogicaltechnologiesandtheirrealizationwerealsostudied.
