THE INFLUENCE OF THE QUALITY WORK LIFE IN TEACHING

Abstract

A study of the quality of work life in education is presented, where the objective was to know the aspects that influence the quality of life of the teacher who works at the basic level education, through a quantitative study. The research questions were: what aspects have the greatest impact on the quality of life of the teacher? Is the quality of life of the teacher related to the work environment? for the data processing, the statistical package SPSS was used, where the perception of the work team, satisfaction with their work and colleagues and working conditions were the main aspects. As a result, it was found thattheworking conditions are optimal for the performance of the teachers, there is camaraderie and support among the staff who work in the institution, and they are satisfied with their academic activities, which shows that their quality of life is good, which is reflected in the academic performance of students.
